The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) fell 53-point-86 points, or one-point-82 percent on Wednesday, closing the day at two-thousand-908-point-31. It’s the lowest figure this year.
The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also fell 33-point-01 points, or three-point-46 percent, to close at 922-point-36.
On the foreign exchange, the local currency weakened three-point-six won against the dollar, ending the day at one-thousand-192-point-three won.
